MOST IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS (MITC)
As mandated by SEBI Circular dated February 17, 2025 — Industry Standards Forum (ISF) standardized MITC
- 1. No Trade Execution: ScoutStack CANNOT execute or carry out any trade (purchase/sell transaction) on behalf of the client. We provide research recommendations only.
- 2. Fee Structure: Maximum fee is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family (CII-indexed, revised every 3 years by RAASB). Payments accepted only through banking channels (UPI, NEFT, online transfer, CeFCoM). Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
- 3. No Assured Returns: ScoutStack CANNOT offer fixed or assured returns. Any scheme promising guaranteed returns is prohibited under SEBI regulations.
- 4. Conflict of Interest: We disclose and mitigate all potential conflicts of interest that may affect our recommendations. Disclosures are included with every research report.
- 5. Credential Security: ScoutStack is PROHIBITED from asking for your login credentials, OTPs, trading account passwords, or any account access details. Never share these with anyone.
1. About ScoutStack
ScoutStack Technical Research is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000006086, RAASB: BSE Limited). We provide intraday and positional research recommendations for equity, F&O, and commodity segments across NSE, BSE, and MCX exchanges.
2. Service Description
Our services include:
- Daily intraday research calls with entry, target, and stop-loss levels
- Research rationale (technical analysis basis) with every recommendation
- Delivery via WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, and mobile app push notifications
- Performance reports (weekly and monthly)
- Market outlook and analysis
We do NOT provide: Portfolio management, trade execution, investment advisory (IA), margin funding, or loan against securities.
3. Subscription & Fees
- Individual segment plans from ₹699/month. Combo packs from ₹1,299/month.
- Maximum advance payment: 1 quarter (3 months) at a time
- GST (18%) charged extra on all plans
- Fee cap: ₹1,51,000 per annum per family (SEBI Reg. 26)
- Payment modes: UPI, NEFT, online transfer only. NO CASH.
4. Free Trial
ScoutStack offers a 7-day free trial with full access to research calls. No credit card required. Trial automatically expires after 7 days. No obligation to subscribe.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Pro-rata refund is mandatory on premature termination (SEBI Reg. 26)
- No breakage charges or exit fees
- Refund processed within 15 business days via original payment method
- To request cancellation: email compliance@scoutstack.in or reply on WhatsApp
6. KYC Requirements
As per SEBI Regulation 25 (2024 Amendment), KYC is mandatory for all fee-paying clients:
- PAN card verification (mandatory)
- Aadhaar / Address proof (mandatory)
- Investment objectives declaration (mandatory)
- Annual family declaration (for fee cap compliance)
7. Risk Disclosure
- Investment in securities market is subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing.
- Registration with SEBI does not guarantee performance or assurance of returns.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity Futures and Options Segment incurred net losses (SEBI study).
- ScoutStack does not guarantee any minimum returns on recommendations.
8. Intellectual Property
All research reports, recommendations, analysis, and content are proprietary to ScoutStack Technical Research. Clients may not redistribute, forward, publish, or share research content with unauthorized persons. Violation may result in immediate termination of services.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Research recommendations are based on technical analysis and are provided for informational purposes only. Clients must make independent investment decisions. ScoutStack shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from following or not following our recommendations.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the SEBI Act 1992, SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations 2014 (as amended), and applicable SEBI circulars. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and SEBI's arbitration mechanism.
